VINCENT MOON’S ‘PETITES PLANÈTES - A NOMADIC JOURNEY
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 25
PUBLIC WORKS 161 ERIE STREET, SAN FRANCISCO
Main Stage
12:00PM–1:00PM

The always exciting, prolific and influential filmmaker Vincent Moon takes new bold steps beyond his original La Blogotheque ‘Take Away Shows’; his Arcade Fire, The National, Beirut, R.E.M, Mogwai and ATP films to journey around the globe and enthrall us with his ‘Petites Planètes’ explorations – a visual and sonic treat of the unexpected.

Petites Planètes is a collection of recording experiments from unexplored worlds - sonic, visual, cultural portraits - a nomadic label, made on the road by Vincent Moon and friends. Petites Planètes is not an archival project. Petites Planètes is a challenge towards diverse forms of creations, to find new forms of expression 'every recording is the tombstone of a live performance'
